We all go through break-ups. You're bawling your face out, you don't wanna go anywhere, and your phone is ringing off the hook with your best friend worried to death about whether or not you're still alive. Go to anyone and they'll tell you to "forget about it, he was a jerk anyway", or "keep busy - don't think about it". But how do you keep busy?
Life doesn't have to be so difficult.
By now, you're probably thinking 'why do I want to go out when all I want to do is sit at home, binge on chocolate and cry?'
It's okay, I get it. And that's why we've planned out your ultimate healing post-break up fantasy for you to experience with your bestie.

Your Guide to Feeling Kick-Ass
1. When free-falling is better than falling for him
You know you're in for a good dose of fun, and surely you can't go wrong with an activity like skydiving that gets your heart pumping and has you feeling alive. Now you can laugh at him and say "I'm waaaaaay above you!"
2. Eat your heart out!
You know how he used to tell you "Babe you're getting a little meaty there" and "Maybe you should watch your weight"... Forget all about that. Eat your hearts out on that buffet you've been longing to go on, or if you're feeling a little classier you might want to try this eat/drink/wine tour with your best friend and discover the hidden bars around the city. As you waltz through the fancy alleyways of Kent Street and hidden nooks of Wynyard Park, you'll find yourself quickly forgetting that you were ever in a relationship...
3. So long, farewell... You're axed!
Kiss your ex goodbye as you whip out your axe and chuck it right at his face... Or not. But here, you can channel all your negative energy into an intense session of axe-throwing ;) And hey, have a couple of beers to wash down any remaining bitterness. You're WELCOME.
4. Drifting not because you 'can't help it' but because you CAN
Perhaps you guys fell out the wrong way. Perhaps you "drifted". Well the cards are in your hands this time with this exciting ride and a full introduction into the true art of 'drifting'.
5. You're a survivor! You're not gon' give up!
If you're really feeling it, then maybe going a little further out will do the trick. Test out your survivor fundamentals by taking some time in the wilderness. Perhaps channelling a little Katniss Everdeen will get your mind off the break-up and back on track to ruling the world! And while you're at it, how does 24 hours in Melbourne sound?
6. And just when you're about to text him... No, no, don't you dare cave in!
Hop outdoors and go to the Jenolan Caves instead. Because, let's face it, these limestone caverns are more enchanting than any diamond he would have bought for you.
And if all else fails, zen out.
