There are days where we reach a lull and simply want more to explore and experience. Maybe you're getting tired of staying indoors and want to get outside to wander or soak in some sun. But what is there to do? Sculptures By the Sea and the Sydney Open just ended, but not to worry - we've got some exciting events coming up in Sydney and we've curated just the list. Here are the top 6 best events for you to check out as the weather starts heating up!

7-21 November Avalon Art Carnival

Where: Avalon Parade and Old Barrenjoey Road, Avalon Beach

Avalon Art Carnival

This unique Carnival (...or should I say game?) is a public art festival around Avalon Beach Village. A series of creative arts installations instill a sense of wonder, fun and excitement created by artists all around the Avalon Village. Just as how public art can be used as a catalyst for social engagement, creating works for the public environment can also present opportunities for artists, both emerging and established, to meet and get together with new non-art audiences. As people wander through the suburb, the familiar becomes activated with play. Keep your eyes peeled - you don't want to miss out!

Calling all you foodies! Presented by the Australian Boutique Markets as part of the Sydney Hills Summer Series, Park Feast will take over this weekend with all your favourite food trucks, dessert stations, amusement rides and live music all day long. What better way to ring in the summer? Best of all, entry is completely free.

The largest and most diverse music program in the history of the festival happens this year, with DJs including the Griswolds, L-fresh the Lion, and more.
